DRAXIMAGE a division of DRAXIS Specialty Pharmaceuticals Inc. ("DRAXIMAGE") mission is to discover, develop, manufacture and market innovative radiopharmaceuticals. We maintain a Research and Development group that is dedicated to the discovery of new radiopharmaceuticals.
DRAXIMAGE develops diagnostic and therapeutic products intended for use in Nuclear Medicine and Oncology. It is a major supplier of lyophilized radiopharmaceutical kits for use with Technetium-99m including MAA, MDP, DTPA and Glucoheptonate. These kits are sold primarily in the US and Canada.
We are also a primary supplier of Iodine-131 labelled radiopharmaceuticals for both diagnosis and therapy. We manufacture products for diagnosis based on Indium-111, Cobalt-57, Chromium-51 and Xenon-133 as well as radiotherapy products based on Iodine-131, Iodine-125 and Phosporous P-32. These products are available for export around the world.
